Can draw

• Humans

• Anthropomorphic beings, furries
• Robots or mechas (complex designs will be simplified)

Won't draw

• Realism
• Complex designs (will be simplified)
• NSFW
• Copying other artists' styles

All commissions require visual references. If any detail must be present, please tell me so it won’t get lost in translation to my style.

Terms of service

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. It is not necessary for the client to have signed any document for these terms and conditions to apply. If the client commissions an artwork the client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Payment

• Worldwide: Paypal, in dollars (USD).
• National (Chile): BancoEstado, Banco de Chile or Mercado Pago, in Chilean pesos (CLP).
• A partial (at least 50%) or full payment should be made upfront.

Refunds

• Full refunds are only allowed if the sketch hasn't been finalized & approved. Afterwards, only a partial refund will be allowed.
• When the final is approved all sales are final and it can't be refunded.

Work process

• Upon messaging, the artist will give you a quote based off your message. At this point payment should be sent. The artist will not begin work until payment is recieved.
• Commissions will be done in the order the artist receives them.

References

• The client will be required to provide suitable photographs for the commission work to be produced. The client must have permission to use such photographs and it is their responsibility to not breach any copyright laws.
• As Lucho's style tends for simplicity, the client must provide beforehand the details that must be preserved (Example: Accesories or scars).

Artwork progress

Once work commences on a client's portrait, Lucho Volke will email photos of the progress of the artwork and an estimated completion date. At this stage minor alterations can be made to its design content.

Lucho reserves the right to share “works in progress” (WIPs) photos to social media unless the client expresses this not to be done (Example: a surprise present).

Once Artwork is complete Lucho Volke will email the Client a watermarked digital photo of the finished portrait. At this stage only very minor adjustments can be made.

Copyright

Lucho Volke retains the copyright to the artwork created from the client's photo. Lucho Volke will not reproduce the artwork and its usage will not be allowed on any other website apart from Lucho's website and social media pages, unless the client gives written permission to do so.

Lucho Volke reserves the right to display the artwork on their website and social media pages. If a client is unhappy about the artwork being displayed, they must declare this upon placing the commission.

Copyright and usage

I, Lucho Volke (the artist), claim rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use this artwork to:

• Promote myself.
• Display / Post anywhere to my liking (ex. social media, websites, etc)

The client may use, edit, and repost the commission as long as they give credit on the post or bio.

Other restrictions

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, meaning to make money off of it in any way, shape or form, including (but not limited to):
• Merchandise
• Print
• Minted as a non-fungible token (NFT)
• Utilizing the artwork to train generative artificial intelligence (AI) software.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Removing my signature from the artwork.
• Altering the artwork without permission.

I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.
